This single-family home from Candiac with a spiked stucco finish and pink brick, popular in the 70’s, was in dire need of a facelift. This project was carried out in a few stages:

• Installation of EPS rigid polystyrene insulation.
• A polymer base layer.
• A fiberglass mesh.
• Application of Adex acrylic finish.

The renovation with acrylic plaster was an ideal solution to solve both problems in one project.
